Established in the wonderful Gippsland region of Victoria back in 1991 Krafty first started creating concert posters, logos and flyers for bands both local and Melbourne based.
In 1995 the company "Krafty Presentations & Graphics" was born. While our productions for bands and musicians never stopped we quickly moved into the digitial world and by 1996 we were producing our first websites.
By 1998 our business had expanded to creating CD's, DVD's and tape covers for bands and musicians both in Gippsland and Melbourne.
In Novemeber 1999 our expertise was called upon to create and maintain the website for one of Sydney's largest pool parts supplers. Utilising our aquired skills in Java and Pearl we created a site, (which at that time) was one of the biggest e-commerce sites in Australia. Over 1500 listed products each with descriptions and images, a fully compliant shopping cart and secure credit card transactions.
By mid 2000 our first venture into shopping carts and E-commerce had attracted well over 20,000 visitors.
Continuing our long standing relationship with musicians like Sir Bradley Von Rock we produced a variety of album sleeves and concert posters for many different bands in the following years some of which can be viewed on our Graphic Design pages.
Wanting to ensure our customers received the best service we could offer them, by 2003 we'd not just reasearched the best and newest web techniques, we'd mastered them.
Understand W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) standards and learning techniques like CSS, DHTML, XHTML, Flash animation and PHP to name a few, not only helped us create the sites you see today but helped our clients reach their target audience in the way they wanted to.
While for some of our competitors SEO (Search Engine Optomisation) is only a buzzword they use to try and convince customers they know what they are doing, we strived to understand exactly what it meant for us and our customers. We researched all the major search engines and found out the best techniques and information possible for any web page to ensure each page not just ranks well but is well accepted by fussy search engine spiders.
Still pushing the boundaries of web design and implementation, in 2007 we untook on our largest ever project, the Snap Crackle & Pop E-commerce website. Incorporating technologies that in 2000 were not readily available to us and most web hosts. We used programming techniques like PHP and smarty forms to create a 700 strong on-line product catalogue and shopping system. Snap Crackle & Pop has one of the largest ranges of board games, jigsaws and models available in Australia and to ensure their product and name is represented as best as it can be on both the web and in print they trust only Krafty Presentations & Grpahics for all their graphical needs.
2008 see us forging ahead yet again with web design work for one of the largest regional bus companies in Australia, Latrobe Valley Bus Lines. A web site redvelopment for Snap Crackle & Pop, new websites for Gippsland Physiotherapy and Physiochoice and a website redevelopment, a new CD and the promtional material for Sir Bradley Von Rock.
